Type of Wig Material
December 01,2022
Nowadays, more and more people lose their hair, so everyone starts to buy wigs. So today I would like to introduce the material and tips for wigs.
Texture of material
It is generally divided into two categories: artificial fiber and human hair.
Man-made fiber
It can be divided into two categories: low-temperature filament and high-temperature filament
- The handle of low-temperature wire is closer to the real hair than that of high-temperature wire, but because it is not resistant to high temperature and is not suitable for repeated modeling (easy to burn at high temperature), its application is not as high as that of high-temperature wire.
- High-temperature silk is a little thicker than low-temperature silk hair, which is resistant to high temperatures and can be used for repeated modeling. It feels silky, soft, and bright.
Both low-temperature wire and high-temperature wire have the problem of hairiness.
Human hair
Human hair is divided into foam hair, straight hair, and hair with scales.
- Bubble hair: It is simply the hair that naturally falls off on the ground when combing hair or some fine hair. Because it is broken hair, the head and tail of the hair cannot be arranged together correctly.
- Straight hair: It refers to braided hair with scales. The hair should be cut off without hot dyeing.
- Scaled hair: Braided hair with untreated scales has the same requirements as hair with straight hair. The only difference is to retain the scales of the hair itself. Although the hand feel of such hair is not as good as that of straight hair, because scales are an important part of hair protection, it is very durable and the most expensive of all hair strands.
Tips
1. All wigs should be combed before wearing.
2. It is better to comb the wig with steel teeth so as not to be irritable.
3. When wearing, you can trim your hair according to its length to achieve the best effect.
4. When taking it off, it must also be combed smoothly. If knotting occurs, you can buy a care solution and spray it on the wig for a while, and then comb it more easily!
